The purpose of this subscription is to offer a range of versatile, all-meal wines that can be paired with both a more elegant and sophisticated dinner, or an evening with friends. Thus wines for every occasion, even if not every day wines.

Our choice will fall on typical wines, closely linked to the territory of origin. In fact, most of the labels will belong to the DOC and DOCG categories. However, we will not exclude IGT (or Super Tuscan wines), as long as they are terroir wines.

This is a subscription dedicated to true wine lovers. It is a choice of elegant and sophisticated wines, to be combined with complex meals. Ideal for special occasions. Exclusive labels to add to collections and to be kept in the cellar for a long time.

The selection includes elegant terroir wines, with a prevalence of indigenous grapes. In this case, Reserves and Grand Selections will be preferred. However IGT (a.k.a. Super Tuscan) category wines will not be excluded if they are meant to be linked to the territory.

Rosé wines are a valid alternative to reds. The latter are certainly very seductive and fascinating, but unfortunately in most cases not very versatile. They often require to be paired with meat dishes. Rosé wines can accompany almost any type of meal, from aperitifs to summer, vegetarian or vegan dishes. They are also associated with appetizers and many types of cheeses and cured meats, as well as with various fish dishes.

For white wine lovers. A selection of fresh and fruity whites. Ideal to accompany fish, white meat, sushi, summer lunches, appetizers and vegetarian or vegan dishes. Served as an aperitif or to end an evening with friends.

In Tuscany the months of November and December are a bit sad. Long summers give way to short, cold and rainy days. What cheers us up is undoubtedly the arrival of the 'new' oil, freshly pressed.

Tradition has it that the family gathers to welcome the first jars of fresh oil. Slices of bread are toasted and cannellini beans are cooked, or even the very tasty zolfini beans, which will then be submerged in large quantities of the 'new' oil.

The green color, the density, the strong and bitter taste and the sensation of spiciness are the elements that characterize the freshly pressed Tuscan oil. As the months go by the oil gradually loses its pungent characteristics becoming softer and more delicate. However, the product remains of the highest quality and genuineness.
